Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact, within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used bath & body products (Bath & Body, Body Lotion, Body Wash Shower Gel)
- Personal care items (Cleansers Toners, Eye Care, Face Masks, Face Scrubs)
- Opened fragrance products (Eau de Cologne, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Aftershave)
- Gift sets where the original packaging has been opened or tampered with
Return Process

Within 1-2 business days, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address and any special requirements.

Package your items securely in their original packaging and ship to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step 4: Return Processing
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once the inspection is complete.

- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days after return approval
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after return approval
